Policy di reso

Tutti i prodotti dello SHOP di silviaserra.it possono essere restituiti entro 15 giorni dalla data in cui li hai ricevuti.

Gli articoli richiesti su misura e/o con personalizzazioni specifiche non sono accettati come reso in caso di comunicazione errata (taglia, personalizzazione, codici colore, misure varie).

Per questo motivo, vi prego quindi di fare molta attenzione e consultare con cura la guida alle taglie e la cartella colori con i relativi codici.

Procedura reso

1. inviami una mail a info@silviaserra.it per informarmi;
2. indicami nella mail il numero di fattura;
3. indica nella mail le motivazioni del reso;
4. allega eventuali foto esplicative del problema riscontrato.

Costi e modalità

Il reso è a carico del cliente che potrà rivolgersi a qualsiasi servizio di spedizione.

Il pacco dovrà esser confezionato in modo adeguato e spedito a:

Silvia Serra, via Ugo Foscolo 45, 51011 Borgo a Buggiano (PT).

Assicurati che la scatola sia opportunamente sigillata. Verranno accettati solo articoli integri e non usati.

ATTENZIONE: non strappare le etichette e danneggiare il packaging interno ed eventuali manuali d’ uso.

Il reso non è applicabile nei seguenti casi:
– Se i difetti sono il risultato dell’usura perché il cappello o accessorio è stato usato;
– se i difetti sono il risultato della mancanza di buon senso da parte del cliente (tracce di trucco, sudore, cattivi odori in genere);
– se i difetti risultano da cause esterne quali fuoco o acqua, sinistri, danni accidentali.
Se il tuo reso non soddisfa le condizioni di integrità del bene sopra elencate, il rimborso non verrà effettuato e il pacco ti verrà rispedito con spese a carico del destinatario.

MODALITÀ DI RIMBORSO & RELATIVE TEMPISTICHE

Al momento della richiesta del reso puoi decidere se ricevere l’ammontare degli articoli restituiti tramite il metodo di pagamento selezionato al momento dell’acquisto oppure ricevere un buono da usare per il tuo prossimo acquisto.

Return Policy

Costs and instructions

The return is charged to the customer who can contact any shipping service.

The package must be properly packaged and sent to:

Make sure the box is properly sealed. Only intact and unused items will be accepted.

ATTENTION: do not tear the labels and damage the internal packaging and any user manuals.

Returns are not applicable in the following cases:

• If the defects are the result of wear because the hat or accessory has been used;
• if the defects are the result of the customer’s lack of common sense (traces of make-up, sweat, bad smells in general);
• if the defects result from external causes such as fire or water, accidents, accidental damage.
  If your return does not meet the integrity conditions of the goods listed above, the refund will not be made and the package will be sent back to you at the expense of the recipient.

REFUND ARRANGEMENTS & RELATED TIMING

At the time of the return request, you can decide whether to receive the amount of the returned items via the payment method selected at the time of purchase or to receive a voucher to use for your next purchase.
